Mentor Program
The Directors at BMG perform the role of mentor as part of our mentor program. This program is designed to give each team member an opportunity to learn and develop with the guidance of a mentor within the office. The program includes regular meetings (fortnightly) with a mentor to enable each team member to grow and develop to their full potential.
Performance Reviews
Our performance review process is a formal addition to the mentor program that appraises individual team members’ current roles and progress. This process focuses on helping individual team members to be challenged and set goals for the future. All team members receive an annual salary review in addition to their performance review.
Flexibility
BMG recognises that life still happens while you are at work. We actively work with each of our team members to support them in the fulfilment and enrichment of their lives. We offer flexible working arrangements whilst maintaining the balance of give and take.
Fun
We are proud to say that we promote fun in our workplace. We have a great team that enjoy letting their hair down together and we are living proof that the team who plays well together, works well together. Every month we undertake a fun activity with our team whether it be yabby racing for Melbourne cup or end of financial year celebrations. We regularly extend these activities to our larger BMG family of partners and children for things like a BBQ in the park or a paddle down the Murray River.
