Coaching and Mentoring Support
BMG has an ongoing commitment to technical and soft skill training and development for our team. On the job and formal training is provided from your first day on the job. We support team members in the pursuit of knowledge and practical skills generally but also in specific areas of interest to them.
Each BMG team member has a dedicated mentor to assist with developing professional and personal capabilities generally, the outcomes of which can have a far reaching impact, beyond that of just work.
