Pivotal to this is the Client Relationship Manager role or CRM. The CRM is your “go to” person at BMG, the person that you have the trusted relationship with that is always only a phone call away. All clients have a designated CRM, of which you can expect clear and open communication in relation to all of your financial related matters.
Our CRM’s take the time to get to know each client and develop a relationship based on understanding their unique circumstances, experience and goals. They work with you as part of your team, collaborating with you to deliver the results you need.
History
Ross Black one of the founders of BMG started in public practice in 1975. He had a vision for the future where financial services were offered based on a relationship built with clients on mutual respect and trust.
BMG as we know it today was established in 1999, originally as a partnership and incorporated the tax and accounting and financial planning businesses.
In January 2007 BMG was restructured into company entities.
Today BMG encapsulates these key values in terms of our future direction and services offered to clients. We take the time to get to know our clients and develop relationships based on understanding their unique circumstances, experience and goals. We connect with every individual we deal with in such away that we have a positive, tangible impact on their lives.
