Glen Jarvis - Director


Our Director of Financial Planning has been with BMG since 2004. He grew up in Wodonga and studied at RMIT University graduating with a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning).On the weekend Glen enjoys getting out in the fresh air and riding his bike. Glen is a passionate cyclist, having competed at National and International competitive events as well as fundraising rides such as Around the Bay for the Smith Family.
Glen believes the best thing about working at BMG is sharing everyday with friendly energetic people.

Glen began his career in the military studying electronics. On discharging from the army Glen went on to study mathematics before transferring to the Business Faculty. Prior to starting with BMG, Glen worked in a suburban financial planning practice in Melbourne. On returning to the border Glen married his ‘wife and three children’ and continued his study, becoming a Certified Financial Planner.

Stephen Mamouney - Director


Stephen is BMG’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and has been a principal of the business since 1988Stephen completed a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Sydney and returned to Albury Wodonga after employment in Sydney and New York.

Stephen is passionate about achieving work life balance, and he enjoys spending time with family and friends, maintaining his health through swimming and water polo, and contributing to the community. Stephen is currently an Honorary Associate at La Trobe University, a Committee member of the Albury Water Polo Club and heads up the Albury Wodonga Big Splash organizing committee.

The best thing about working at BMG is being amongst an energetic team who put clients interests first.

Stephen uses his extensive experience to advise clients on self managed superannuation strategies, business structures and succession, personal financial and estate planning.

Natalie Owens - Director


Natalie started with BMG in August 2005. After spending 3 years working in the Tax & Accounting team, Natalie became a Director in July 2008.

Natalie was born in Wagga Wagga and grew up in the Wodonga area. She studied locally at Charles Sturt University, mostly via distance education. Prior to BMG Natalie worked for a few local accounting practices as well as a couple in the Northern Territory.

The best part about working at BMG is that it is like a family. The team is close & friendly and the clients are wonderful to work with.

On the weekend Natalie enjoys spending time with her two girls, Sarah and Emily. She is a lover of books, spending time in the sun and has recently gone back to university to study psychology.

Natalie has a great ability to translate all things technical into something more easily understood by our clients and loves nothing more than to tell and share the story behind the numbers of a business.
